Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 35% of the service cost. This includes per-scheduled services changed/skipped during the appointment.

No-shows, failing to show up for an appointment without any prior notification will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Guests or children; my studio does not have additional seating.
